Atta ngano flour is achieved by grinding the whole grain of wheat. The flour is very good in baking bread and other baked goods. It is also typically mixed with lighter “white” unbleached or bleached flours, that have been treated with flour bleaching agent(s), to restore nutrients (especially fiber, protein, and vitamins), texture, and body to the white flours that can be lost in milling and other processing to the finished baked goods or other food(s).
We use quality wheat grains for milling to achieve the retention of taste and nutritional value. Our flour does not contain any additives and our milling methods ensure the perfect atta which absorbs into dough to make fluffy chapatis which remain softer for longer.
