Peanut flour is best used as a topping, for use in baking, or just to add some extra peanut flavor to your meals and snacks. It is made through a process of grinding roasted peanuts into a paste and then pressing them to extract the oil.

Peanut flour is gluten-free, more absorbent than regular flour, high in protein, and full of delicious peanut-y flavor of course…so it makes for a great alternative flour for baking. It can be mixed with nut butter to make the nut butter servings go even further. It can also be used as a topping for oatmeal, cereal or yorgurt.

You can also take your typical green smoothie to the next level with a few tablespoons of peanut flour. It can also be used in peanut sauce or dip, as peanut flour makes the sauce and it is so flavorful
